Listening Well: Reflections on Art and Community with Martin Schleske

Art House North is excited to present a summer series on what it means to listen well.

We believe that listening well is the key to moving our hearts toward curiosity, better questions, empathy, and creativity. Join us for a three part summer series via Zoom.

Martin Schleske is an innovative, world-renown luthier and best-selling author of the beautiful book The Sound of Life's Unspeakable Beauty. Drawing upon Scripture, his life experiences, and his insights as a master violinmaker, Schleske challenges readers to understand the world, ourselves and the Creator in fresh ways.

We will also be joined by Janet Gesme, who happened upon Der Klang (The Sound) in German, and was determined to bring it to English speaking audiences.

I am deeply grateful for both of these friends who have taken the time to brings these insights and fresh metaphors to us, and I look forward to our conversation!
